Maintenance and Calibration of cylinder lubrication systems

MECHANICAL CYLINDER LUBRICATORS:

• Inspection and adjustment of the feed rate of the mechanical lubricator for optimal performance.

• Comprehensive maintenance and refurbishment of the mechanical lubricators.

ALPHA LUBE SYSTEMS:

• Verification of the timing and mechanical setup of the angle encoder system.

• Inspection of the timing and positioning of the BCU pick-ups.

• Examination and calibration of the index transmitter.

• Testing and verification of the alarm systems.

• Substitution and recharging of N2 accumulators (1.5bar and 30bar).

• Overall visual inspection of cable connections for signs of strain, wear, and cracks.

• Inspection and complete refurbishment of alpha lubricators.

• Replace the solenoid valves.

• Replace the filters at the pumping station.

• Examine and replace the spiders.

• Full system evaluation and testing.
